Our Story

My name is Jazmyne, and I created Lotus Skin while pregnant with my son, Jaylen, in 2020. Born prematurely at 30 weeks on February 1, 2021, Jaylen was vibrant, strong, and the light of my life. Tragically, on April 24, 2021, he passed from Group B Strep Meningitis—an illness that came without warning and changed my life forever.

In the beginning, I made these products for Jaylen’s sensitive skin. After his passing, I wasn’t sure I had the strength to continue. But in time, I realized that Lotus Skin could become something more—a way to honor his legacy and offer comfort, care, and connection to others who need it most.

Each product is crafted in memory of Jaylen—my forever baby, my sonshine—and offered with the hope that it brings a little peace, a little joy, and a lot of love into your life.
