Thank you for shopping with Lotus Skin! Please review the following policies before placing your order:

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • You have 2 hours after placing your order to request changes such as shipping address updates. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

  • Note: We do not ship orders internationally at this time. U.S. domestic orders only.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Please note: Shipping costs may increase due to inflation or changes in carrier pricing.

Warm Weather Shipping

  • Due to high summer temperatures, we do not ship body butters Friday through Sunday to preserve product quality.

  • We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive in the best condition. If your body butter arrives melted, simply place it in the refrigerator to restore its texture. This does not affect its benefits or quality.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • In the event of a product issue, store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
